About Us
At Enhance Psychological Services, we provide evidence-based, culturally responsive care for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area and across California. Our goal is to help clients improve their mental, emotional, and physical well-being through effective, personalized therapy.
We use proven approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Psychodynamic Therapy—to treat anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress, ADHD, and related concerns.
Sessions are offered both in-person and online in a supportive, respectful environment designed to help you create lasting change.
Meet Our Team
Dr. Robert Lim
Dr. Robert Lim, Ph.D. has been licensed to practice psychology for over 10 years. He received his Bachelors in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, Masters in Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Lim also holds a Masters in Software Engineering from Golden Gate University, and worked in the technology industry for over 4 years. He has given presentations, published journal articles and book chapters on cultural identity and vocational psychology concerns. Dr. Lim is currently an adjunct professor at the Wright Institute, providing supervision for the next generation of therapists. In the therapy room, Dr. Lim operates from a CBT and psychodynamic orientation to help his clients overcome obstacles and enhance their lives.
